2) Our Response to DMCA Notices

After receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material. In appropriate circumstances, and at our discretion, Royal Furniture may suspend or terminate the accounts or Site access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
