Refund and Returns Policy

At Vera Deama Terasso Store by Healty Home Yogi LLC, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. This policy explains exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges work—plain and simple.

1) Where this policy applies

We accept returns and exchanges for orders purchased and delivered within the United States.

2) Return window

You may request a return within 20 days of:

  • the delivery date (for shipped orders), or

  • the purchase date on your receipt (for in-store purchases).

Requests made after 20 days aren’t eligible.

3) What we accept

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Non-defective items: must be new/unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.

  • Defective or damaged items: we’ll take care of these even if opened. Please keep all packaging and send photos so we can verify the issue.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Not returnable (unless defective): custom or special-order items and gift cards.

4) How to start a return (by mail only)

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief note (include photos for any damage/defect).

  2. We’ll reply with a link to download and print your prepaid return label.

  3. Pack securely in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop off with the carrier listed on the label.

Return shipping is free and there are no restocking fees.

5) Exchanges (by mail only)

Yes—exchanges are accepted.

  • You can exchange by mail (follow the steps above).

  • Items exchanged for non-defective reasons must be new/unused in original packaging.

  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

6) Refunds

  • Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2–3 business days.

  • After approval, we process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds.

7) Important notes

  • Returns sent without prior initiation may be delayed.

  • Carrier delays, weather, or holiday slowdowns aren’t grounds for a refund unless the product arrives damaged.

  • If original packaging is missing for a non-defective return, we may decline the return if the item can’t be resold as new.
