This page explains how shipping works at Vera Deama Terasso Store by Healty Home Yogi LLC. We aim to keep timelines and fees clear and predictable.

1) Where We Ship

  • United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • Orders ship to valid U.S. addresses. International destinations are not supported.

2) Order Cut-Off & Processing

  • Order cut-off: 2:00 PM (PT).

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT begin processing the next day.

  • Handling time: 1–3 days (Mon–Sun) to prepare your order for shipment.

    • You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your package leaves our facility.

3) Transit Time

  • Transit time: 3–7 days (Mon–Sun) once shipped.

  • Total delivery window: typically 4–10 days from order placement to delivery, depending on when the order is placed relative to cut-off, handling time, carrier performance, weather, and holidays.

4) Shipping Fee

  • Flat rate: $5.00 per order for standard shipping anywhere in the U.S.

  • No minimum order required and no hidden surcharges. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

5) Carriers & Tracking

  • We ship with reliable national carriers (e.g., USPS or UPS).

  • A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can monitor delivery status.

6) Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Address issues: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we can reship for a $5.00 re-shipping fee after the address is corrected.

  • Lost or damaged in transit: Contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Service delays: Weather, carrier disruptions, and federal holidays may extend delivery times.
